Inspired by the The Giants Causeway, a few short miles from the Bushmills Distillery, ‘The Causeway Collection’ seeks to elevate Bushmills’ releases through Rare Cask-finishes’ and Uncommon or unprecedented casks’. The 2006 Marsala Casks was distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2020 exclusively for the Australian retailer,The Whisky Club, finished in Marsala Casks, a fortified wine somewhat like a fruit-forward sherry. Expect warm, spicy, dark fruits with some light toffee balancing out the weight. Non-chill filtered, bottled at cask strength 47.2% Alc./Vol.
