Tasting note: [tasted froma 40ml sample] Pale gold. Subtle fruity aromas, build in intensity with spicy pear / cinnamon / clove and rich vanilla augmented by substantial spiciness in the mouth. Creamy, fruity, lingering aftertaste. Robustly styled Irish. 46% Alc./Vol.
