Tasting note: [tasted from a near empty bottle] Pale gold. Lifted bouquet includes vanilla cream, pear tart and stewed apples. Terrific freshness and purity. Good concentration with juicy barley and squeaky clean oak. Pear tart and vibrant spices at the finish. Great length and balance. Delicious, youthful whiskey. Non chill filtered. 46% Alc./Vol.
