Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey (700ml)

Midleton Very Rare was launched in 1984 by John Jameson & Co to celebrate the whiskeys of the old Midleton distillery (whiskeys from the old Midleton distillery have always been acknowledged as special, thus, this whiskey takes its name from the east Cork distillery town). A new vintage has been released every year since then, with each bottle carrying its own individual number. This annual release of a new vintage is a departure for the whiskeys of Irish Distillers where consistency from year to year is highly valued. The individual nature of the selection process for each vintage of Midleton Very Rare means that each years vintage provides its own character.

Blended from material aged between 12 and 25 years old, the whisky is then matured exclusively in seasoned Bourbon barrels. No doubt this release will be prized among collectors. 40% Alc./Vol.
